In March last year, gold was trading at$1,228.30. Today it is $1,324. The Euro was trading at $1.0743; today at $1.2351 with the dollar down 14%. The Swiss franc today is $1.0567; a year ago it was $1.0027, down 6%. Today the British pound is $1.3944; a year ago it was $1.2384, down 12%.

The weaker dollar has made the price of high-end watches more expensive in the US market. Also the Hong Kong, Far East market is very strong with a large amount of watches going to them. This could be a long term trend.
